As many of you know, his ELE gets taken everywhere. It's like Linus and his blanket. I have to wash him regularly and all of the stuffing in his neck is gone. He's obsessed with him. Because of this, we thought it would be a lot of fun to get the car washed by an elephant. You pay a certain price, and the elephant uses a sponge to wash your car and his trunk to splash it. Connor was a little scared at first, but once I think he realized that the elephant couldn't get in the car he was fine. We got some great video, along with some pictures that someone took from outside of the car.
After we finished with the Safari, the trek home began. We knew it was going to be another 3 hours until we got home, so we let Connor sleep on the way back, and decided we wanted to take him out for his birthday. We took him to Applebees where he enjoyed his chicken tenders and fries, and thanks to Dada, a whole lot of Bleu Cheese haha. He was really scraping along the little bowl for whatever he could find. At the end, he got a very special ice cream sundae, in which he decided to eat the fudge and then eat our dessert. He was so stinkin' happy, he and Dada ran around outside the restaurant until it was time to drive home..
